ABOUT our CLASSES

Yoga St Charles

Hatha Yoga

A slower pace with more controlled, mindful movement. Connection of breath to movement is emphasized with the asanas (postures) done in class. Hatha will help settle the mind and assist in focusing our attention and self- awareness, ultimately bringing mindfulness to daily life. This class is for all levels.

Hatha flow

A sequence of movements that flow with the breath including sun salutations, dynamic standing asanas, pranayama and meditation. the class incorporates an awareness of proper alignment breath mind-body focus. The class is for all levels.
